Coco Jones isn’t the only one eyeing the role of Princess Tiana. On Monday (Mar. 20) soul singer Ari Lennox took to Instagram to share a video of her (unofficial) audition for the starring role in Disney’s rumored live-action remake of “The Princess and The Frog.”

The 31-year-old artist sang Anika Noni Rose’s “Almost There” to audition for a spot in the speculated film.

She captioned her post,

“Hi @Disney I’m Ari Lennox and I would love an opportunity to audition for Princess and The Frog in person. Here’s #AlmostThere By Anika Noni Rose”

“The Princess and the Frog” is an animated musical romantic comedy that focuses on the life of a waitress named Tiana who has dreams of owning her own restaurant. Unfortunately, after kissing a prince who has been turned into a frog by an evil witch doctor, Tiana becomes a frog herself and must find a way to turn back into a human before it is too late.
