Kodak Black Calls Himself A Philanthropist While Claiming He’s Leaving His Gangsta Lifestyle In The Past: ‘I Don’t Live For That!’

Kodak Black has a new outlook on life.

During a recent Instagram live stream, rapper Kodak Black shared his intentions on living a peaceful life — out of the streets! The 25-year-old said:

“It be a lot of n*gg*s that care to be a gangsta.”

He continued:

“Ion give a f*ck about that. Ion live for that.”

Kodak Black, real name Bill Kapri, then said:

“My n*gg*, Ima philanthropist, a good n*gg*, righteous. You know what I’m saying? All that!”

He added:

“Im only worried about being a good son. Making sure my moms proud of me, making sure my family proud of me.”

This story comes after a Florida judge ruled that the rapper enter a 30-day rehabilitation program instead of spending time behind bars. As previously reported, in February Kodak Black was facing jail time after a judge signed off on an arrest warrant for the Florida native — regarding probation policy violations.

Last July, Kodak was arrested on possession and trafficking charges after he was caught with over 30 oxycodone pills in his vehicle. The “Super Gremlin” artist posted his $75,000 bond but, according to reports, his freedom was subjected to being able to pass random drug tests. After the rapper allegedly failed a drug test, his attorney argued that Black’s urine sample was flawed, which likely played a part in his positive drug sample. The employee who collected the sample testified and agreed that it is a possibility a mistake was made.

The rapper was ultimately ordered to spend time in a rehabilitation program.
