Halle Bailey Seemingly Responds After Boyfriend DDG Appeared In Video Where His Friend Joked About Her Sister Chloe’s Low Album Sales: ‘I Go To War For The Ones I Love’
One thing about the Bailey sisters, they stick together!
Amid recent controversy surrounding her boyfriend DDG and sister Chloe Bailey, actress Halle Bailey is standing tall against online bullying, especially involving those closest to her.

In case you missed it, yesterday (Apr. 12) fans called for Halle Bailey, 23, to leave her boyfriend DDG, 25, (yet again), after he appeared on a live stream where someone seemed to make fun of her sister. The individual made a comment about Chloe Bailey, 24, and her low-performing debut album. Though DDG quickly exited the session after the remark was made, internet users still urged The Little Mermaid star to condemn her partner’s actions.

It seems Bailey is now responding to the ordeal via Twitter. In a series of tweets, the TV and movie star wrote:
“hey y’all i’m gonna say this once. i don’t stand for bullying of any kind on this app of anyone..those who i don’t know, and especially of those who i love with my whole heart. i think sometimes people forget that even though we live public lives, we are human, and have souls..”

Adding:
“everyone who knows me knows i go to war for the ones i love and i’ve kept it real cute on this app for a while now.. so just reminding y’all to please keep it cute too”

As we previously reported, Chloe has continued to face a stream of critics responding to her first solo album. In Pieces, which dropped on March 31st, debuted at 119 on the Billboard top 200 chart and didn’t perform well in sales either, reportedly only hitting 10k in the first week of its release.

The singer/actress seemingly responded to the backlash during her first tour stop in Chicago recently. Chloe stated:
“F*ck what the f*ck everybody gotta f*ck*ng say. They can kiss my black *ss!”
