Rick Ross’ Neighbors File Petition To Stop Car Show Rapper Plans To Hold At His Mansion, Community Not Happy w/ Thousands Of Fans The Event Is Expected To Attract
Rick Ross’ neighbors aren’t too happy about his upcoming car show.
Reportedly, some of the neighbors that live in the same upscale community as Rick Ross have filed a petition against the rapper’s upcoming concert, car and bike show. The event, which is expected to bring over 6,000 people to the neighborhood, will take place at Rick Ross’ residence located on Highway 279 on June 3.
Residents told the Fayette County Board of Commissioners that the event caused way too much traffic last year. In addition, they said that if Rick Ross’ car show is approved, they will have to go on vacation to avoid the craziness the show will bring to the community.

During a recent board meeting, neighbors shared why they are against the event. One person addressed last year’s car show and said,
“our quality of life was unnecessarily compromised.”
Another neighbor recalled feeling like he was trapped due to the traffic caused by the event.
“We feel locked out. It took me 40 minutes to get out of my subdivision.”
According to reports, the commissioners are listening to residents’ concerns as they evaluate Ross’ request to hold this event at his home.

For the last few months, Ross has seemingly been on his neighbors’ bad side. As previously reported, in March the rapper’s neighbors were livid after his buffaloes escaped and traveled through their property. Reportedly, neighbors were concerned that his 2,200-pound buffaloes would be a safety issue for the children in the neighborhood.
The rapper eventually took to Instagram to respond to the backlash. He said:
“To everybody that’s wanting a statement and a response for my bulls, my cows, a couple buffalos that got away in the community. This is my response.”
He continued:
“I always return stray animals. Make sure you always keep a collar on your animals. Mine don’t have a collar ‘cause you know it’s mine. So when you see my buffalo, give it a carrot, give it an apple. They so kind, they so peaceful.”
He added:
“Thank everybody for watching. Thank everybody for making sure all of my animals got back into the promised land. We have some things we was doing on one side and they eased through a little cut. All my neighbors, y’all the best. Boss.”
As you may know, last year he began to put together his “Promised Land Zoo.”
