Rick Ross Responds To Neighbors Upset Over His 2,200 lb Buffaloes Roaming Onto Their Property, Says His Animals Are ‘Kind’ & ‘Peaceful’

Rick Ross’ buffaloes aren’t making the best impression on his neighbors.

On Sunday (Mar. 19) Rick Ross upset neighbors took to social media to share a video of the rapper’s buffaloes roaming through their front and back yards. A woman is heard behind the camera screaming “no” at the buffaloes while men were spotted directing the animals to their designated location, Rick Ross’ estate. As you may know, Ross started building his “Promised Land Zoo” last year.

Reportedly, the rapper’s neighbor is worried that the buffaloes could pose a safety issue to her children due to them weighing up to 2,200 pounds. She also accused the large animals of ruining the grass on her property. After disclosing her concerns, the woman got into a verbal altercation with one of Ross’ acquaintances. The then woman contacted Georgia police who informed her that the incident was a civil matter.

The Teflon Don took to social media to address the chaos surrounding his buffaloes escaping. Ross, real name William Leonard Roberts II, said:

“To everybody that’s wanting a statement and a response for my bulls, my cows, a couple buffalos that got away in the community. This is my response.”

The 47-year-old continued:

“I always return stray animals. Make sure you always keep a collar on your animals. Mine don’t have a collar ‘cause you know it’s mine. So when you see my buffalo, give it a carrot, give it an apple. They so kind, they so peaceful.”

He added:

“Thank everybody for watching. Thank everybody for making sure all of my animals got back into the promised land. We have some things we was doing on one side and they eased through a little cut. All my neighbors, y’all the best. Boss.”
