Singer DaniLeigh Released On $9,500 Bond After Being Arrested For DUI Hit & Run, Alleged Victim Suffers Fractured Spine
It looks like DaniLeigh has found herself in a bit of legal trouble.
The 28-year-old singer/choreographer was arrested Tuesday (May 30) morning in Miami for a DUI hit & run that left one person seriously injured.
According to the police report, witnesses say they saw DaniLeigh swerving lanes at high speed. She then struck someone who was riding a motor scooter and dragged the moped for about a block. A bystander flagged down a nearby officer who then initiated a stop.

During the stop, the officer claims DaniLeigh reeked of alcohol. She eventually failed field sobriety tests and was ordered to take a breathalyzer test. According to the officer, she blew 0.145 and 0.148 on the test, which is nearly twice the legal limit.
DaniLeigh was then arrested and taken into custody around 8:15 am Tuesday at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. She was booked on three felony charges including, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and damage to property.

The victim was taken to Ryder Trauma Center in Miami where he was treated for a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture.
The “Easy” singer was later released on a $9,500 bond.
DaniLeigh has yet to comment on the incident.
