Kelis Avoids Addressing Rumors She’s Dating 72-Year-Old Actor Bill Murray

The internet will have to remain wondering about Kelis‘ dating life.

After one social media user asked the musician, real name Kelis Rogers, 43, to discuss speculations she’s dating the original “Ghost Buster’s” star Bill Murray, 72, the artist gracefully declined to comment.

Reportedly, the user wrote to the “Milkshake” singer:

“Ma’am would you care to address these Bill Murray allegations?!? Cuz d*mn! What he doing with all that?!?”

To  which Kelis reportedly responded:

“lol no babe, I wouldn’t bother at all.”

Reports that the two entertainers sparked a romantic relationship began earlier this week, following several media outlets claiming to have inside knowledge about the relationship. Back in March of last year, Kelis lost her husband Mike Mora who she’d been married to since 2014. Mora was a 37-year-old photographer at his time of passing, and shared daughter Galilee, 2, and son Shepherd, 7, with his wife who is also mom to son Knight, 1 – who she shares with ex-husband and famed rapper Nas.

Reflecting on her the 1 year it had been since Mora’s passing, Kelis took to social media earlier this year, writing:

“I’m a very private person generally, especially when there is family involved. But there is no denying the impact and evolution my husband’s passing has had on my life,” she wrote. “I get asked all the time how I started this journey. It’s a much longer conversation but in short what we were dealing with here pushed me so deep into understanding our bodies and how our minds and emotions are so interlocked you can not treat one without the other.”

While there doesn’t seem to be any hard evidence that confirms their dating, for what its worth, Bill Murray is reportedly single as well. Reports state he divorced his second wife Jennifer Butler back in 2008, and has been living the bachelor life since. The famed TV and film actor is reportedly father to six children;  sons Homer, 41, and Luke, 38, with first wife Margaret Kelly, and sons Caleb, 30, Jackson, 27, Cooper, 26, and Lincoln, 22, with Butler.
