Jamie Foxx Is Reportedly Still ‘Working Hard’ To Recover From Mysterious Health Scare & Isn’t Back To 100% Yet
New details surrounding actor/comedian Jamie Foxx’s health status remain limited.
However, according to reports, Jamie Foxx is currently on the road to healing, but there is no exact time frame on when he’ll return to the entertainment world.

Jamie Foxx
The insider recently shared,
“He is getting the best care and working hard to recover right now, but he is still not himself.”
Additionally, the source said that Jamie Foxx’s loved ones have (seemingly) been hush-mouthed with everyone outside of his immediate crew.
They added:
“He has the tightest circle around him.”
As you may know, since falling ill in April, conflicting reports have spread like wildfire regarding the 55-year-old’s well-being.
Subsequent to revealing that her father had been hospitalized, last month, Foxx’s daughter, Corinne, debunked rumors that the ‘In Living Color’ legend’s family is “preparing for the worst.”
She said in a statement on her Instagram Stories,
“Sad to see how the media runs wild. My dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support!”
Corinne then announced that she and her father were working on something “exciting,” which happened to be an all-new musical game show, ‘We Are Family,’ that the two will be hosting together. She wrote:
“We have an exciting work announcement coming.”

Following Corinne’s update, it was reported that Foxx’s medical complications were a result of the COVID-19 vaccine gone wrong, but his rep quickly denied those claims.
There has also been speculation on whether Foxx is home or in a rehab facility in Chicago, as many have alleged that Foxx’s daughter was spotted leaving the center’s visitation area.
But… although the Texas native may be out of the public eye and privately recuperating, it appears that he’s still in touch with a couple of his Hollywood buddies, at least.
Foxx’s ‘They Cloned Tyrone’ co-star and producer John Boyega and Datari Turner recently shared that they’d spoken to him over the phone.

John Boyega, Jamie Foxx
After a few failed attempts at reaching Foxx, John Boyega revealed,
“He finally picked up the phone. Thank you, [Jamie]. He’s doing well. And then, you know, we just giving him the privacy, and we can’t wait for his return.”
He then expressed:
“I gave him all the well wishes. So, I’m just gonna be waiting until he comes back out here. So take your time, Jamie. We love you, bro.”

Datari Turner
Datari Turner stated,
“[Jamie’s] doing amazing. I promise you. Doing really, really good.”
He concluded:
“He’s in really, really good shape and spirits. He’ll be back on the screen. He’ll be back to work very soon.”
As of now, no one knows what really happened to Foxx, but theories suggest that it was neurological-related.
