Julia Fox Recalls Being Banned From Bloomingdales Over Shoplifting Incident Before Going On To Model For Brand 8 Years Later

“I’ve had so many full circle moments like that. I actually got caught shoplifting at Bloomingdales and I was 15 and I was permanently banned from the store. And then like eight years later, I did like a little holiday campaign for them.”

“Like I have so much trauma from being arrested and stuff. But, you know, it’s like you still carry those, like, scars from your past. Like, you know, I am, I guess, a different girl now, but I still feel like the same little 13 raggedy, 13-year-old.”

And Julia isn’t the only Fox who has had run-ins with the law.

As previously reported, Fox bailed her younger brother, Christopher Fox, out of jail in March after he was arrested in New York City on suspicion of manufacturing and possessing firearms.

Police took Fox‘s brother and their dad, Thomas Fox, into custody a week prior following a raid on a New York City apartment where they discovered guns without tracers, 3D printers (suspected of being used to create guns without serial numbers), chemicals frequently used in bomb-making, and drugs.

Despite initially being arrested, Thomas Fox was not charged and it appeared that the raided apartment was that of Christopher Fox.

In fact, the Uncut Gems actress reportedly co-signed the $450,000 bond with her parents to secure the release of her 30-year-old brother.
