Khloé Kardashian Says ‘Please Stop Pinning Us Against Each Other’ As She Addresses Recent Remarks Made About Blac Chyna
Khloé Kardashian has nothing against Blac Chyna — though it doesn’t appear she has plans to reconcile.
During Thursday’s episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, the reality TV star shared that she doesn’t really see a future for herself and her brother Rob Kardashian’s ex-fiancée, considering the model filed a defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian/Jenner clan in 2017. While speaking in a confessional, Khloé Kardashian shared that she doesn’t have a relationship with Blac Chyna, adding that,
“It’s hard to have a relationship with someone when they sue you for hundreds of millions of dollars.”
It didn’t take long for the episode to generate buzz in the media, and Khloe Kardashian was not here for the drama. The mother-of-two addressed the “clickbait headlines that are taken out of context” via her Instagram Stories on Thursday (July 13), saying it saddens her to see the narrative that’s being pushed.
Khloe added that while she loves all of her nieces and nephews more than words can express, she is particularly close to Dream Kardashian, the six-year-old daughter of her brother Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, real name Angela Renée White. And regardless of anything, she’s here to spread love to everyone in her life.
Khloe said,
“My brother and I are extremely close. I am with Dream all the time because I’m with my brother all of the time. I love her beyond measure. / True and Dream are best friends and I feel so incredibly blessed they have this relationship. I consider ALL of my nieces and nephews my babies. I even consider my sisters my babies. / I take pride in this love and always have. / I wholeheartedly believe that it takes a village to raise a child. / Life is full of ups and downs and I am proud that we have a family that can lean on one another. That’s what family does. / We are a tribe and all of us will always be there for one another. Especially the babies!”
She continued,
“Life is challenging enough. I hate how something so sweet as Dream’s 6th birthday is getting twisted. / Rob is doing the best he can as a parent and in life. / Angela is doing the best she can as a parent and in life. / I am doing the best I can as a parent and in life / We are ALL trying to do our best in life. / Our children are healthy and happy! Most of all they are LOVED!! / LOVED by everyone in our tribe / I’m sure the narrative of ‘The Kardashian’s VS Chyna’ is more fun to read about but there really is nothing there anymore. We all want to move on from the negativity. / The focus is on Dream and her happiness and making sure she feels unconditional love at her mommy’s house, her daddy’s house and any family members house for that matter. / Please stop pinning us against one another. Life is hard enough. Let’s try to lead with love and understanding especially when children are involved who may see your clickbait one day.”
Rob Kardashian and Chyna were first linked in January 2016 and welcomed Dream in November of that same year. The couple’s love story was brief, and in 2017 they permanently parted ways.
Chyna filed a lawsuit against Kris Jenner, Khloé, Kim Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner in October 2017 for alleged intentional interference with her E! contract following the cancelation of the reality series Rob & Chyna. The lawsuit came after Rob posted naked images of Chyna on Instagram and accused her of using drugs, drinking excessively, and cheating.
Despite rumors that the show had been extended for a second season, Chyna said the social media incident and the family’s influence on E! likely led to the cancelation of Rob & Chyna. In May 2022, a jury found the Kardashian/Jenner clan not guilty of defamation, denying the model any financial compensation.
