Rick Ross Set To Purchase $37 Million Star Island Mansion In Miami
It looks like Rick Ross is making his way back to his hometown of Miami, Florida.
According to reports, Rick Ross is in the process of purchasing a mansion in Miami for a whopping total of $37 million! The property is right in the center of Miami Beach’s secluded Star Island, which is home to A-listers like Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, and Shaquille O’Neal, just to name a few.
While the sale is expected to close in the next few weeks, sources say Rozay’s newest mansion will undergo some major renovations to transform the property to the rapper’s liking.

The 40,000 sq. ft. mansion reportedly comes equipped with 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, as well as a heated swimming pool, entertainment room, summer kitchen, and plaza deck terraces throughout the home.
Rick Ross has been expanding his real estate empire with the recent purchase of Meek Mill’s Atlanta mansion for $4.2 million.
In March, Meek Mill took to social media to auction off his mega property located in the Sandy Springs/Buckhead area of the Peach State. According to the Philly rapper, his realtor had trouble selling the estate, which he never had the chance to move into. Reportedly, the mansion flaunts 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, with twin garages, a tennis court, pool, jacuzzi, movie theater, and sauna to accompany the lavish amenities.

Once sold, Meek Mill was shocked to discover that Rick Ross was the newest owner. He posted a snapshot of an article announcing the news and captioned it:
“Sold Rozay the big fish estates … I ain’t even know he bought this.”
