Diddy Says Yung Miami “Reminds Me Of Oprah” While Sharing His Belief She’ll One Day Become A Rap Billionaire

Entertainment mogul Diddy has high faith in rap star Yung Miami.

During a recent interview, the Bad Boys Records founder stated he believes his rap boo will one day become a billionaire, comparing her to Oprah Winfrey.

Diddy, legal name Sean Love Combs, 52, was asked his thoughts on rising rappers who could enter the elite circle of billionaire hip hop stars someday. He responded:

“Nipsey Hussle, to me, was that young Puff version. But one person that I can say right now is Travis Scott. I can relate to how he’s diversifying his portfolio and really understanding how to take it to the next level.”

Adding:

“I also think Yung Miami [aka Caresha Brownlee] from the City Girls. She reminds me of Oprah with the endless possibilities that she has as far as her clothing line, television shows, performances, live podcasts. I really respect both of their hustles and see them being able to break through.”

Along with having what seems to be an on-again-off-again relationship with her big baller boo Diddy, Yung Miami has certainly made quite the name for herself. When the musician’s rap group City Girls first began seeing mainstream success, the Florida native, real name Caresha Brownlee, held the group down solo and as her fellow member JT, real name Jatavia Johnson, was incarcerated at the time. Musically, the pair have secured notable collab’s such as their Billboard top 40 single “Twerk” featuring Cardi B and being featured on Drake’s 2018 hit “In My Feelings”, and have also released 2 studio albums.

Outside of music, the 29-year-old has started seeing success in other forms of entertainment. In May of this year, Yung Miami launched her podcast “Caresha Please” on Diddy’s Revolt platform, where she interviews different celebs in the music and entertainment industry. Hosting guests such as Summer Walker, Blac Chyna, and Megan Thee Stallion, the musician standardly rakes in millions of YouTube views per episode with streaming numbers adding to the shows success.

The talk series has also spawned into retail opportunities. Yung Miami’s website careshaplease.com sells an array merchandise based off the show such as t-shirts, sweatsuits, shot glasses, and thongs. Additionally, the rap star produced a game called Resha Roulette which she frequently plays with her guests on the show. At this time the adult card game, which retails for $50, is sold out on the site.

Recently, the rising star appeared at the Revolt conference where she hosted a live interview with social media influencer Ari Fletcher. The video with Fletcher, who happens to be the mother of rapper G Herbo’s firstborn son and current girlfriend of rapper Moneybag Yo, has garnered over 110,000 views in the 4 days it’s been posted. The rapper also made her acting debut earlier this year appearing on 50 Cent’s “BMF” series on HBO. Though her acting skills drew some criticism, it’s no doubt that Yung Miami can certainly draw in a crowd as well.

While billionaire media mogul Oprah Winfrey may have taken a different route to success, it’s clear why Diddy thinks so highly of the entertainer. It doesn’t seem that Yung Miami has reacted to Diddy’s comments about her at this time. However, the musician did recently share she has some big news dropping soon about her podcast series.
