Blueface Says Man He Shot Showed Up To Court ‘Just To Take A Picture’ w/ Him After Being Sentenced To Three Years Probation For Battery
Rapper Blueface has been sentenced to probation for a shooting that occurred last year at a Las Vegas strip club.
Blueface, born Johnathan Porter, has been sentenced to a maximum of three years of probation for his role in an October 2022 shooting. Blueface was given the sentence on Monday (Oct. 2) after pleading guilty to charges of battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure. Over the summer, the rapper took a plea deal, which ultimately granted him a probation-only sentence.

Blueface’s lawyer said in a statement,
“This morning Mr. Porter was sentenced to probation not to exceed three years and he has the ability to earn a reduction to a gross misdemeanor charge upon successful completion of his probation. We were pleased that the Court followed the negotiations of the parties in this matter… Mr. Porter is ultimately just looking forward to getting back to focusing on his music career and moving forward with his life.”
Following the sentencing, Blueface took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and called out his shooting victim — Kentabius Traylor — for the way he behaved in court. He said,
“This man showed up to court told on me just to take a picture wit me”
He then reposted a picture the man took from inside the courtroom.

In a now-delated post, he also asked fans if they wanted any of his leftover “humble pie.” Traylor seemingly addressed Blueface’s remarks and said,
“Snitching Is tellin on someone who u commit a crime with. And u tell on them to get no time or less time. Just Wwat I was taught. Either way I ain’t no gangbangin loser type no way.”

Prior to that, in a post seemingly shared from the courtroom, he expressed,
“I should slap the back of this n*gg* head … and his humpy dumpy *ss”

As previously covered, On October 8, 2022, Blueface had a heated confrontation with Traylor after the man reportedly made a joke about the rapper “speaking with some females in a cheap vehicle.”
According to Traylor, he was then jumped by Blueface’s entourage. When he tried to drive away in his truck, Blueface pulled out a gun and fired at least two shots in his direction, sticking him in his hand.
The victim previously addressed the shooting online, writing
“I got jumped and was shot last night by blueface outside the strip club.”

Las Vegas police initially arrested and charged Blueface for attempted murder with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied vehicle on November 15, 2022. However, the “Outside” artist pled guilty to lower charges of battery and discharging a firearm in July in exchange for a suspended sentence.
