Earlier this week, reports broke that Rihanna was preparing to drop “two albums” and go on a world tour. The alleged projects were said to be a part of a $32 million deal with Live Nation.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be true. According to a knowledgeable insider, the reports that the billionaire is prepping for her musical comeback are “bogus.” The source also said the price of the reported agreement sounds fake and “no tour has been confirmed for Rihanna.”
In addition, Live Nation has not placed any holds on venues for a potential Rihanna world tour, according to Billboard.

According to a new report, the superstar songstress is gearing up to release “two albums” worth of new music and is reportedly prepping for a coming world tour.

The report states that Rihanna, 35, recently landed a $32 million dollar deal with Live Nation and is planning for a comeback tour in 2024/2025. Additionally, a source shared that the Grammy Award-winning singer has already recorded a ton of new music that she plans to release ahead of the concert series. Reportedly, the source stated:
“Rihanna is quietly planning a comeback tour after signing with Live Nation. The deal was created to facilitate a world tour and her creative team is quietly at work in Los Angeles putting it all together as she raises her family.”
And continued:
“She’ll press play on the live show once she’s ready to go back to work and has two albums’ worth of material to release once she’s back.”
This will be the first time the “Diamonds” singer headlined a tour since 2016, where she performed hits from her “Anti” album released the same year. The Barbados native took some time during her music hiatus to expand her Fenty beauty empire, which is now valued at over $2 billion dollars, as well as her family. Back in May of 2022, Rihanna and boyfriend A$AP Rocky welcomed their first son RZA together.

During her Super Bowl performance earlier this year, the pop star revealed that she was pregnant with the pair’s second child Riot Rose, who she gave birth to in August. With a souring big business and having a “complete” family with her beau, it seems Rihanna is ready to get back to the music. Her reported coming albums will be the first time fans will get new records from the songstress since releasing her two singles from the “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” film. One of the songs, “Lift Me Up” written by Nigerian artist Tems, went on to give the celeb her first Oscar nomination.
