Nipsey Hussle’s Estate Officially Finalized, Late Rapper’s Two Children Will Be Granted His $11 Million Assets

Nipsey Hussle’s kids are getting what they rightfully deserve!

According to reports, late rapper Nipsey Hussle’s valuables will go to his sole beneficiaries, 14-year-old Emani and 7-year-old Kross.

Nipsey Hussle’s brother, Samiel Asghedom (appointed to handle the “Last Time That I Checc’d” lyricist’s money matters) was said to have submitted a final document regarding Hussle’s estate recently.

Negotiations reportedly disclosed that there was an estimate of $11 million in the pot, with Hussle’s numerous bank accounts totaling around $5 million (seemingly) making up half of that.

A 2012 Chevy Suburban ($17k), 100% membership interest in All Money Inc ($2.4 million), 100% interest in Marathon Studios and The Marathon Touring ($606k), 100% interest in The Marathon Clothing Inc ($271k), and his extra businesses + trademark (nearly $2 million) account for the remainder.

Hussle’s longtime partner, actress Lauren London, will receive a 50% share of all properties (cash/non-cash) for their son, Kross, and the other 50% is set to be awarded to his family on behalf of his daughter, Emani, with his ex, Tanisha Foster. Allegedly, Little Kross will also be paid an additional $113k to “offset payments” that went toward Emani’s health/education bills.

Born Ermias Joseph Asghedom, the 33-year-old hip-hop phenomenon tragically died in 2019 after being gunned down in the parking lot of his store, Marathon Clothing, in South Central Los Angeles.

Since then, it’s been quite a battle between Hussle’s family and the mother of his daughter, Tanisha Foster, who’d been deemed an “unfit” parent by the Asghedoms due to an alleged alcohol problem.

Although having initially agreed to their primary custody arrangement for young Emani, Foster later claimed that her green light was only given based on “financial limitations” and accused the rapper’s family of abusing their influence to “disregard their priorities by controlling the desires” of her and Emani.

She said,

“I have continued to be an active part of Emani’s life. She spends the night with me often, I take her to school, and I continue to do things a parent would do with their child. I am very unhappy that the guardians will not take my calls. They have blocked me on their cell phones. I have to go through a third party or Emani to communication with the guardians.”

She added:

“There are no circumstances or events in my life that would disqualify me from regaining my exclusive role as Emani’s parent. There is no longer any need for guardianship. Emani routinely askes me when are she and I going to be able to live together. She longs to be with me as her mother. I am begging the court to terminate the existing guardianship.”

In September, it was revealed that Foster’s visitation rights had been upped. However, her attempts to dissolve the Asghedoms’ guardianship failed.

Due to the judge siding with Hussle’s brother, mother, and sister’s petition to continue caring for Emani, they will be in charge of her newfound riches.
