Will Smith Feels He’s The ‘Target Of A Smear Campaign’ Following Claims He Had A Sexual Relationship w/ Duane Martin, Insider Shares
Will Smith’s family is “hurt” by the newest rumor surrounding the actor.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re probably aware that Will Smith’s former friend – a man who goes by the name Brother Bilaal – set the internet on fire this week with allegations that he once walked in on the “Fresh Prince” actor having sex with his then-co-star Duane Martin. During an interview with controversial blogger Tasha K, Bilaal claimed,
“There was a couch and Will was bent over the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him. It was murder in there.”

A legal source reportedly close to Will Smith recently touched on how the actor has been since being hit with another “ludicrous” rumor. They said,
“Will is focused on his forthcoming movie and charitable projects but is considering all legal options as he suspects he is the target of a smear campaign.”
And continued,
“He’s exploring all legal options. Will believes the allegation is ludicrous and is hurt that a former friend would turn on him in this way.”
Another source said that despite speculations surrounding Will’s sexuality being nothing new, this latest allegation cut deep because it came from someone his family once considered to be a friend. They claimed,
“These rumors are nothing new to Will and Jada. What is new is that his friend for 40 years is saying this.”
According to the insider,
“Jada is fazed by Bilaal’s statements because of his credibility and closeness to Will. The kids are obviously hurt by this but nothing that comes out about their parents surprises them anymore.”

As previously reported, yesterday (Nov. 16) Jada Pinkett Smith confirmed she and her husband are gearing up to take legal action against Bilaal. During an interview on the “Breakfast Club,” she said,
“It’s ridiculous, right? And it’s nonsense. And this is a person that tried a shake-down, a money shake-down that didn’t work [and] we’re going to take legal action. Because it’s one thing to have your opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories.”
