Rich The Kid Hit w/ $45K Default Judgement After Blowing Off Lawsuit Accusing Him Of Promising Woman Hush Money To Keep Pregnancy From Fiancée Tori Brixx

Rapper Rich the Kid has to pay up after not responding to a lawsuit filed against him.

According to RadarOnline, the 31-year-old lyricist was ordered to pay a $45,000 default judgment after blowing off a lawsuit filed by a woman in Massachusetts. The woman suing Rich the Kid — who is referred to as Jane Doe — is accusing him of giving her hush money to keep her pregnancy a secret from his fiancée, Tori Brixx.

Rich the Kid and Tori Brixx started dating back in 2018 and got engaged in 2019. They share a son.

In part, Jane Doe’s lawsuit against Rich the Kid reads:

“Desperate to keep his sexual encounters with Doe a secret from Brixx, in addition to having Doe (1) forgo a claim for assault and battery and to (2) forgo Doe’s contemplation of taking her pregnancy to full term, RTK and Doe entered into a Settlement Agreement executed on March 29-30, 2023, which provided for financial payments to Doe by RTK.”

After news of the lawsuit broke on the internet, Rich the Kid took the time to publicly address his infidelity to Tori Brixx. He wrote,

“I’d like to make a public apology to my best friend, my lover and fiancée, for any disrespect, disloyalty or allegations of anything. I’m a grown man I’ve done wrong and I’m owning up and asking for forgiveness from a beautiful strong woman that has taken care of not only me but our family for years … I’m not like these other … I know I’ve been wrong and will fix it love you @toribrixx and I am so sorry.”

The “Plug Walk” artist and Jane Doe first met at a hotel in Boston last January, according to the woman’s claims. She also claims that she “engaged in unprotected sexual relations” at Rich the Kid’s request.

Following their encounter, she says the rapper tried to stop her from leaving the hotel by grabbing her and removing her coat. The woman then alleges that he followed her out of the property and into her Uber that was headed to her residence. They ultimately had sex, and Jane Doe later discovered that she was pregnant with Rich the Kid’s child. Reportedly, both agreed to terminate the pregnancy, which resulted in a settlement agreement last year for cash payments to be sent to Doe.

Regarding the judgment, Doe’s lawyer, Chris Brown, says in a statement:

“Jane Doe is pleased with the judgement. We will begin the collection process. Rich the Kid failed to comply with the Settlement Agreement and this is the natural result of his actions.”

It’s also reported that Rich the Kid allegedly made two payments owed to Doe, however, he failed to pay her an additional $25,000 before he was hit with the judgment.
