D.C. Young Fly Pleads For The Person Who Stole His Bag To Return It, Says It Has Late Girlfriend Jacky Oh’s Death Certificate Inside

D.C. Young Fly is desperately asking whoever stole his bookbag at a California comedy club to return it ASAP.

The comedian and TV personality posted a picture and video on Instagram Tuesday (Feb. 20).

The picture read, “I jus want my bag I had personal belongings in there…I was at the Hollywood Improv.”

Shortly after his original post, D.C. Young Fly posted a video on Instagram with a message to the person who took his bag. 

“I was really tryna refrain from this video, bruh. I just want my bookbag back. It just got some personal belongings in that motherf*cka, ya feel me. Some personal belongings in that motherf*cka bruh. It wasn’t no money. It wasn’t none. It wasn’t none. It’s just personal sh*t that was in there; you know what I’m sayin’.”

He added,

“I really hate I gotta do all this sh*t bruh. Just bring me my bag, bruh … The bag got my girl death certificate in it. It got personal belongings in it. I just need the bag, bruh. I just want the bag, bruh. Just really just bring it back with everything in it ’cause it really wasn’t nothing in it. Just bring me the bag.”

To help bring awareness to the multi-faceted star’s request to return his bookbag, actor and comedian D.L. Hughley reposted D.C. Young Fly’s Instagram post on his page.

The caption read, 

“#LOSANGELES I NEED YOU TO GET NEPHEW RIGHT.”

He then quoted D.C. Young Fly’s caption,

“@dcyoungfly – Just politely find a way to get it back to me!!!! I had personal belongings in there!!!!”

D.C. Young Fly commented under D.L. Hughley’s post and said, “Pleaseee.”

The plea comes months after the death of his late girlfriend, Jacky Oh.

According to multiple reports, Jacky Oh, born Jacklyn Smith, died at age 33 in May 2023 following complications from cosmetic surgery. Her autopsy stated that she developed a headache following her appointment and “was advised to take ibuprofen and to discontinue the ondansetron.”

Then, she reportedly “began to feel like her head was burning” on the evening of her death and “began to have difficulty speaking.”

Her aunt, who was taking care of her post-operation, called emergency services to bring Jacky Oh to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

Jacky Oh and D.C. Young Fly met in 2015, when they appeared in Wild’ N Out, in which Jacky Oh was already starring.

The pair share three children: Nova, Nala, and Prince.
