Nicki Minaj’s Half-Sister Says She’s Ready To Speak Out Amid Reportedly Strained Relationship With The Rapper: ‘I Won’t Be Disrespected By Anybody’

Nicki Minaj’s family drama continues.

The rapper’s half-sister, Ming Maraj, said she’s ready to speak out amid reports of their complicated relationship.

Ming Maraj, known by her rap name, Ming Luan Li, posted on her Instagram story that she was willing to speak her mind but only wanted to be interviewed by a well-known radio show.

She wrote,

“Everyone wants me to speak… I’m saving my interview for @breakfastclubam @cthagod @djenvy @jesshilarious_official”

Following that post, the 18-year-old shared another Instagram Story that hinted the interview may be about one of her family members, possibly Nicki Minaj.

“And also one more thing, I won’t be disrespected by anybody cause respect is always earned, and yes I do love my family let that be known too..all of them.”

Nicki Minaj fans have been confused about the “Anaconda” rapper’s relationship with her half-sister lately.

Recently, Ming Miraj was asked to comment on Nicki Minaj, born Onika Maraj-Petty, ‘s feud with Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion

But Ming wanted no part of it, she explained,

“Whatever beef that’s really going on I really don’t give a… for it. Like that got nothing to do with me.”

She went on to say,

“I’m working on my life, I’m working on my mine, my grind… I don’t really care about that… It ain’t helping me with what I need to do with my life.”

Ming also told followers she was not doing well financially at that time. She shared that she was waiting for a new iPhone so she could launch her YouTube channel. She said any support from fans would be much appreciated.

Her struggle left fans confused about why Nicki was not helping Ming with her music career, given that Nicki had invested in IJ and Ice Spice’s careers, it would also seem natural for her to help her younger sister. However, Ming suggested she hasn’t reached out to the “Everybody” rapper, telling one commenter,

“did I ask for it”

Fans also blasted Ming for not standing by Nicki.

All of this comes after Ming dropped her first-ever music video on Friday (March 8) as a feature on Rakeem Love’s song “Do It Again.”
