Megan Thee Stallion Fan Kicked Out Of Concert After Throwing Phone At Rapper On Stage
Concert etiquette is a lost art.
Rapper Megan Thee Stallion is the latest artist to have something thrown at them while on stage. The incident occurred last night during her sold-out tour stop in Philadelphia. While the “BOA” lyricist was on stage an overzealous fan seemingly couldn’t wait for the chance to ask their fav for a picture and decided to take things into their own hands. Video footage shows the fan tossing the device on stage, which thankfully misses Megan Thee Stallion and bounces off the platform, landing somewhere in the crowd.

A shocked Megan Thee Stallion stops in her tracks before turning toward the direction the phone came flying from. She appears to laugh the moment off and starts to question why the fan thought that was a good idea. Before she can finish her sentence, however, security quickly rushes to remove the phone-thrower from the venue. Megan Thee Stallion does try to advocate for the fan, saying, “She ain’t mean it, friend.” Despite her remarks, security stands on business and tells repeatedly the person, “You gotta go.”

A person claiming to be the cousin of the phone-thrower has posted another angle of the incident on X (formerly Twitter). According to the alleged cousin, the fan had no “ill intent” with their actions.

Despite the explanation for the alleged family member, many have still slammed the fan for throwing the device. One person wrote on X,
“loser behavior cause how many times do we have to tell yall to not throw stuff at artists? megan was grabbing stuff from fans all night that wasn’t necessary or “cute” for her to throw her phone cause someone could’ve gotten injured just so you could go ‘viral'”
