Diddy Accused Of Drugging, Sexually Assaulting A Fashion Student Multiple Times Throughout The ’90s & 2000s In New Lawsuit
And another one.
Diddy has been sued yet again for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman, marking the second lawsuit against him this week.
On Thursday (May 23), a woman named April Lampros, filed a lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder, 54, in the Supreme Court of New York County, alleging that he sexually assaulted her multiple times while she was a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).
Her attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who is also representing Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones in his lawsuit against Diddy, said in the documents that April Lampros was a,
“hopeful yet naive college student and took Mr. Combs at his word and believed that the first rape was a possible mulligan and decided to give him a second chance.”

Diddy
April alleged that Diddy said he would mentor her, however, she detailed one alleged incident in 1995 where he gave her alcohol at the SoHo Bar before they went to his room at the Millennium Hotel. April said once there, she didn’t feel well and felt “the ways were closing in on her.” She alleged Diddy then forced himself on her, and although she was conscious, she couldn’t fight him off. When she woke up, she was “nude, sore and confused.”
Diddy allegedly reached out to her again months later, promising that he would make her an it girl in the industry. In one alleged incident, the two were walking to his car in a parking garage. He then allegedly made her give him oral sex. April recalled that a garage attendant saw them, however, Diddy didn’t care. She then began ignoring his calls, which allegedly made him upset and give off a “mobster persona.”

Diddy, Kim Porter
She claims that Diddy allegedly assaulted her again in 1996. He allegedly “ordered” her to come to his apartment. Once there, she met Kim Porter before Diddy allegedly pushed ecstasy down her throat. He forced her to have sex with Kim Porter while he watched and masturbated before he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
In 1998, she officially called things off with Diddy, however, Kim Porter later showed up at a restaurant where she worked. April claimed that Kim allegedly told the restaurant owner that April tried to poison her, and threatened that Diddy would shut down the restaurant if April wasn’t fired. She was later let go.
April said in the documents that she saw Diddy again in late 2000 or early 2001 at the Rockefeller Center. At the time, he was dating Jennifer Lopez. Diddy later came to her apartment and allegedly “violently grabbed her and forced himself onto her.” She said this alleged time, she was able to defend herself and escape.
Things allegedly didn’t end there. Last year, April’s then-boyfriend was told that there was a video of April and Diddy having intercourse. April was informed that Diddy allegedly recorded their incidents and showed people, however, she had no idea.
She is suing for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She also named Bad Boy Records, Arista, and Sony Music Entertainment in her lawsuit.
