Dr. Umar Johnson Responds To Ray J Warning Him To ‘Stand Down’ From Pursuing Sukihana: ‘I Don’t Take Orders From Men’
Celebrity activist Dr. Umar Johnson didn’t appreciate Ray J’s recent request.
The media personality shared his unbothered reaction to the “One Wish” singer demanding he stay away from his “girl” Sukihana.

Dr. Umar Johnson, 49, released a screenshot that showed Ray J, real name William Ray Norwood Jr., 43, cautioning him not to pursue rapper and reality star Sukihana. In the message, Ray J wrote:
“SUKI is my girl- STAND DOWN FAM”

In response, Dr. Umar made it clear that he had no intention to heed Ray’s warning, writing back:
“Good Brother. I don’t take orders from men. You do you and I’m going to do me. With that being said we can leave it right there Bruh…..”

Ray’s DM was sent amid reports that Dr. Umar was recently spotted out with Sukihana. While the pair have previously posed for pictures together, neither Dr. Umar nor the 34-year-old, real name Destiny Lanette Henderson, have confirmed that they’ve been in any kind of romantic relationship. Just a few months ago, Dr. Umar reportedly took to X (formerly Twitter) denying rumors that he married Sukihana in a private ceremony.
Likewise, Ray nor Sukihana have ever confirmed that they’ve been in any romantic relationships, though it has been rumored in the past. Earlier this year reports that the couple may be dating were fueled after the “Hood Rats” rapper thanked Ray for a slew of lavish gifts.

It does not appear that Ray J, Sukihana, or Dr. Umar have said anything further on the matter at this time.
