Sean Kingston & His Mother Seen Running Out Of Court After Pleading Not Guilty To Fraud Charges + She Seemingly Flips Off Reporters — See The Video!
It looks like Sean Kingston and his mother wanted to avoid speaking with anyone after their latest court date.
On Friday (Aug. 23), the mother-son duo were spotted running out of a federal court room in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Sean Kingston’s driver was also seen assisting the “Beautiful Girls” singer, 34, into a black Cadillac Escalade as his mother, Janice Turner, is heard yelling “bye!” as she ran to a four-door Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. Before getting in, she appears to flip off reporters.

Just moments before, Janice Turner and Sean Kingston (born Kisean Anderson), were arraigned in the federal court and pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud. They also asked for their case to be heard via a jury trial and their lawyer, Robert “Bob” Rosenblatt, began discovery.
Prosecutors have claimed that they,
“unjustly enriched themselves by falsely representing that they had executed bank wire or other monetary payment transfers as payment for vehicles, jewelry, and other goods.”
They are facing 20 years behind bars in connection to the $1 million fraud scheme.
The singer and his mom are also facing state charges of conducting an organized scheme to defraud, grand theft, and identity theft in Broward County, also in Florida. That investigation is headed by the U.S. Secret Service and the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.
His attorney said they have pleaded not guilty to those charges as well and Sean Kingston waived his rights to appear in court on Monday, so he won’t be present for the arraignment.
