President Joe Biden and Donald Trump reportedly spoke on Monday following the second assassination attempt on Trump’s life.
Trump told CNN,
“We had a very nice call. It was about Secret Service protection.”
The White House described the call as “cordial” and said Biden
“conveyed his relief that [Trump] is safe.”
This update arrives after Trump seemingly blamed Democrats for the weekend plot.
