Bow Wow Reflects On Diddy’s Absence From The Industry, Says BET Awards Weekend Had ‘No Motion, No Parties’
Bow Wow is speaking out about how different the industry feels without Diddy’s legendary parties.
On Rocsi Diaz’s podcast “More to the Story,” Bow Wow shared,
“He’s [Diddy] like the gatekeeper to the game. Like BET Awards weekend. The past two, it just didn’t feel right, ‘cause it was no motion. It was no parties.”
Bow Wow explained that he was referring to the iconic industry parties that Diddy used to throw, the kind he and Rocsi Diaz would attend. Rocsi Diaz chimed in, saying she often left before things got wild, adding,
“For the record, I left before one. I’ve only been to two parties, and I’ve never seen a freak-off.”
The term “freak-off” refers to alleged sex parties that Diddy is accused of organizing, where victims were reportedly drugged and coerced.
On the podcast, Bow Wow continued to praise Diddy’s role in the culture, calling him
“monumental and important.”
Social media responded to his comments as Bow Wow started trending on X (formerly Twitter). Many made light of his remarks with humor. One user tweeted,
“Bow Wow miss them Diddler parties bad.”
Another remarked,
“So go throw a party, Bow… Throw a Freak-less party and fill the void. Problem solved.”
As of now, Diddy remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, facing charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. He has pleaded not guilty to all counts.
