Soulja Boy Walks Back Claim That He Was The 1st Rapper To Fly A Plane, Admits Ludacris Did It First
Soulja Boy is walking back his statement about being the first rapper to fly an airplane.
On October 13, Soulja Boy shared a video on Instagram of himself flying an airplane, captioning it,
“I was the first rapper to fly an airplane.”
However, his words didn’t go unnoticed.
Rapper Ludacris quickly chimed in with a thinking face emoji, prompting a deeper dive into the facts. Turns out, Ludacris actually flew an airplane back in 2021, as seen on his own Instagram page.
After realizing this, Soulja Boy responded to Ludacris’ comment, admitting,
“I just saw your video. You did it first.”
Maybe next time, Soulja Boy will fact check before making such a claim.
