Diddy Accused Of Lacing Baby Oil & Lemon Drops With Date-Rape Drug To Assault Victims At Parties

More trouble for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs!

In a recent slew of filings obtained by E! News, one plaintiff—identified as Jane Doe in the docs—alleges the baby oil found in Diddy’s house was laced with Rohypnol or GHB, which are often referred to as the date rape drug.

“Combs particularly fancied the use of the popular date-rape drug Rohypnol, or GHB,” the Oct. 14 filing alleges,

“to commit heinous non-consensual acts of sexual violence and rape against countless victims.”

The lawsuit references the allegations against Combs of

“dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils.”

It claims these lubricants were laced with GHB

“so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim’s skin and make it easier to take advantage of, exploit, and assault him or her.”

Additionally, the filing read, “Combs often would secretly use the drug in an alcoholic beverage served at his parties,” the filing adds,

“typically in a seemingly innocent glass of champagne or a ‘lemon drop.’ Partygoers were forced to consume the alcoholic beverage, containing GHB, either prior to entering or while at Combs’ party.”

As previously reported, on September 16, 2024, Combs was arrested by U.S. Homeland Security investigators in Manhattan after he was indicted by a grand jury.

He is charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. During his first court appearance at a Manhattan federal courthouse on September 17, 2024, Combs pled not guilty. During this court appearance, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied Combs bail and ordered for him to remain to jail.

His attorneys offered a $50 million bond, but on September 18, a second judge, Andrew L. Carter Jr., also denied bail, as he is concerned about potential witnesses being threatened or intimidated.

Combs is detained in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. On September 24, a woman filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging Combs and his head of security drugged her, bound her, and raped her in 2001 when she was 25 years old.

The Bad Boy founder has denied all allegations.
