Diddy Accused Of Drugging & Raping 13-Year-Old Girl In New Round Of Lawsuits

Texas attorney Tony Buzbee is keeping his promise to bring over 100 lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

According to reports, the latest round of lawsuits from the Buzbee Law Firm came Sunday night (Oct. 20) with five new complaints filed in the Southern District of New York. Two more suits were filed in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, respectively.

One of the suits comes from a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe who claims she was raped by Diddy and another male celebrity in 2000 when she was just 13. The alleged incident went down following the MTV Video Music Awards. Allegedly, the then-teen wasn’t able to enter the event due to not having a ticket, so she approached several limousine drivers following the ceremony in hopes of securing an invite to an afterparty.

A driver, who allegedly worked for Diddy, took the plaintiff to a party where she signed a non-disclosure agreement and accepted a drink. The woman says after one drink she “began to feel woozy and lightheaded” and made her way to an empty bedroom to lie down.

Soon after, Diddy allegedly entered the room with “a male and female celebrity.” The woman alleges that she was raped by the male celebrity as the female celebrity watched, and was then raped by Diddy as both celebrities watched.

Per the suit, following the alleged incident, the plaintiff,

“fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”

When contacted by Variety about the allegations, attorneys for Diddy referred to their previous statement:

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
