Spirit Airlines Files For Bankruptcy, Will Continue Operating Amid Financial Struggles
Spirit Airlines has filed for bankruptcy protection as it seeks to restructure its debt following mounting losses and increased competition.
The airline will continue operations while working to reduce its debt and enhance financial flexibility. Spirit stated, “Guests can continue to book and fly without interruption and can use all tickets, credits, and loyalty points as normal.”
