Earlier today the state of California filed a declaration with its response to Tory’s habeas petition that claims he can’t test the gun used in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting for DNA because it has gone missing.
Shutting that narrative down, the legal document –obtained by legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff — confirmed,
“That query showed that Evidence and Property Management Division has the firearm, the firearm magazine, and all the bullet casings and the bullet fragments…”
