Christian Combs Served In S*xual Ass*ult Case At Diddy’s Miami Mansion
Christian Combs, the son of music mogul Diddy, was officially served with legal documents in a s*xual ass*ult case while at his father’s Miami mansion.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Grace O’Marcaigh, who filed the lawsuit accusing Christian Combs of ass*ult, battery, s*xual ass*ult, and emotional distress, had the paperwork delivered to Diddy’s waterfront mansion.
In her suit, Grace claimed that she worked as a stewardess on a yacht named Victorious in July 2022 and accused Christian Combs of dr*gging and s*xually ass*ulting her during a chartered trip. She described the yacht’s environment as “hedonistic” and said that Christian immediately took an inappropriate interest in her, pressuring her to drink before becoming physically aggressive. Grace claimed he cornered her, groped her, and forced her to fight him off.

In addition to the emotional toll, Grace claims the alleged ass*ult led to a breakup with her partner and has caused lasting mental health issues.
We previously reported exclusively that Grace’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, informed us that Diddy was aware of the lawsuit and had sent him photos of Grace’s injuries back in April. This comes as Diddy faces mounting legal challenges, including federal charges and other lawsuits.
