Former NFL Star Eric Moulds Accused Of Knowingly Infecting Woman w/ Herpes
Eric Moulds, former wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills, is being sued by a woman from Western New York who claims he knowingly infected her with herpes.
The woman says Moulds targeted “single mothers who were Buffalo Bills fans living in Western New York” and infected her with herpes simplex virus Type 2 after they began a sexual relationship in January 2023.
She alleges she didn’t learn of his condition until Moulds’ pregnant fiancée contacted her in December 2023, warning that she and other women had been infected. The woman claims Moulds failed to disclose his diagnosis before their unprotected sex, and she later tested positive for herpes, having had no other sexual partners.

The lawsuit also states that Moulds was sued for similar acts a decade ago and accuses him of previously paying women to keep quiet through nondisclosure agreements.
Moulds’ attorney, Frank LoTempo III, denied the accusations, calling them “false” and stating they would “vigorously defend” against the lawsuit.
