Al B. Sure! has hinted that 50 Cent’s upcoming documentary about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs might shed light on his mysterious illness and coma.
The R&B singer teased fans during a recent performance, stating,
“This time, a little while ago, I was deep in a coma… I guess we’re going to have to watch 50’s movie to find out what happened.”

Al B. Sure! was in a coma for two months in 2022 after collapsing and reportedly undergoing liver surgery. He has since alluded a few times that the jailed music mogul may have been involved in the incident.
50 Cent has stated that his upcoming documentary about Diddy will cover the ongoing federal case involving his sex trafficking and abuse charges.
