Update: OG Maco’s Family Releases Statement Following News Of His Passing

Update: (Dec 27, 2024): The family of  OG Maco has released a heartfelt statement following news of his passing. As reported, the rapper passed the day after Christmas in a Los Angeles hospital, surrounded by his loved ones. He was first hospitalized on December 12 after suffering a g*nshot wound to the head.

Our prayers are with the family of OG Maco, full name Benedict Chiajulam Ihesiba Jr., during this challenging time.

Sources confirmed to TMZ that the rapper passed on December 26 in a Los Angeles hospital, surrounded by family.

He had been hospitalized since December 12 after suffering a g*nshot wound to the head. Sadly, his condition worsened, leading to his de@th.
