Jemele Hill Fires Back At Antonio Brown Over His Comment Amid Lawsuit Involving FS1 Host Joy Taylor
Sports journalist Jemele Hill is firing back at former NFL player Antonio Brown after he made an offensive remark about her while commenting on the harassment lawsuit involving Fox Sports host Joy Taylor.
The drama started when Antonio Brown took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, “Nobody wanted to f*ck Jamele, huh?”
His comment followed allegations in a lawsuit against Fox Sports, where a hairdresser accused the organization of fostering a toxic work environment. The suit claims Joy Taylor advanced her career through inappropriate relationships with co-workers and ignored complaints about workplace harassment.
Jemele Hill fired back at Antonio Brown, tweeting,
“Well, I wouldn’t know anything about being community. But you do. Please share with the class what it’s like to be passed around, since you have so much experience.”
Antonio’s comments sparked backlash from others, including former NFL player Terrell Owens, who called him out, tweeting, “Bro, you outta pocket! And it’s Jemele, btw,” correcting his misspelling of her name.
Television personality Marc Lamont Hill also chimed in, saying,
“Why would you come for our sister, bro? That sh*t is corny.”
Antonio later tried to defend himself, writing,
“It’s only cool when she’s attacking me and my career. It’s all comedy and entertainment.”
