Coach Deion Sanders Told College Football Star Travis Hunter To ‘Keep Moving’ After He Deactivated Social Media Over Relationship Criticism
Deion Sanders recently shared with Tamron Hall what he told Travis Hunter after the college football star deleted his social media accounts due to online criticism about his personal life.
Deion admitted that it “hurt” him to see Travis give in to the pressure, stating:
“What the enemy wants you to do is stop…When you moving, it’s hard to get a good shot at you if you keep on moving. When somebody stays still, now you got a chance to attack, and I hate the stillness of that.”

He added that he also told the Heisman winner:
“Keep on moving , don’t let the enemy get you where you’re still and you having a pity party on yourself.”
Deion additionally emphasized to Travis the importance of keeping his social media for business purposes, regardless of any personal turmoil he might be experiencing.
Travis, who has since reactivated his accounts, initially went dark due to an influx of criticism about his relationship. Many fans called on him to break up with his girlfriend, expressing concern about whether she was with him for love or his rising career as a football star.
