Drake’s Beverly Hills mansion is now available for rent at $250,000 per month after he struggled to sell the property. He purchased the Tuscan-style estate for $75 million in 2022 and initially listed it for $88 million.

Built in 2001 for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano and later owned by Robbie Williams, the 22,500-square-foot mansion sits on a 20-acre lot above Benedict Canyon. It features 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, an elevator, wine cellar, game room, gym, and 11-car garage, along with a pool, tennis court, and indoor-outdoor kitchen.

Drake also owns other properties, including a massive 50,000-square-foot mansion in Toronto and a $15 million resort in Brenham, Texas.
