It looks like Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, were able to secure a buyer for their Georgia mansion.

While they didn’t hit their original $6 million asking price, reports note that the $2.75 million sale is still a win for the RHOA alum and Kroy, as they purchased the property for just $900K back in 2012.

Additionally, the couple avoided the risk of losing the property entirely after a judge threatened to auction it off in 2023 due to foreclosure.

Kim and Kroy, who initiated an on-again, off-again divorce in 2023 after 13 years of marriage, have faced significant financial troubles amid their split — which reportedly included IRS debt, gambling debt, and credit card debt.

Following their breakup, drama unfolded over the property, with Kim calling the police on one occasion, claiming Kroy locked her out of the house. Their children also reportedly called the cops at one point due to their “very loud” arguments.

Now that the home is officially off their hands, Kim and Kroy are expected to move forward with their divorce settlement, as the property was a major asset in dividing their finances.
