Xzibit’s Restraining Order Case Involving Alleged De@th Threat Tossed After Accuser Skips Court
Xzibit just caught a break in court as a restraining order filed against him was tossed out.
Julio Garcia, a former employee of Xzibit and his ex-wife, accused the rapper of threatening to k*ll him if he testified during Xzibit’s divorce battle. Garcia filed the petition on February 25, asking the court to keep Xzibit 100 yards away from him and his family. He claimed Xzibit made v*olent threats tied to sensitive information he allegedly knew about the rapper’s assets and businesses.

However, when Garcia failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing on April 10 and didn’t serve Xzibit with the required paperwork, the judge dismissed the case.
