Judge In Diddy’s S*x Trafficking Trial Blocks Most Testimony About Uncharged A$$ault Allegations
Diddy just scored somewhat of a legal win in his federal s*x trafficking and racketeering case.
U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian has ruled that prosecutors will only be allowed to present one uncharged assault allegation against Diddy, rejecting testimony from three other alleged victims.

According to court reporter Meghan Cuniff, the decision followed arguments from Diddy’s attorneys that the uncharged acts “are entirely new, untested, uncorroborated, and uninvestigated allegations,” adding, “The government should not be permitted to pollute the trial with decades of dirt…by painting Mr. Combs as a bad guy who must have committed the charged crimes.”
Prosecutors pushed back, claiming the defense relies on the argument that “every alleged coercive s*x act was consensual,” and argued the prior allegations help prove “the defendant intended to take the s*xual gratification he wanted, regardless of consent.”
Still, the judge largely sided with the defense, limiting what the jury will be allowed to hear once the trial begins. Jury selection is set for May 5, with opening statements expected on May 12.
