Kai Cenat Reveals Why He Turned Down Invite From The Met Gala + Attends Star-Studded Afterparty Thanks To Plea From Pharrell

While lots of celebrities popped up at the Met Gala Monday night, Kai Cenat was not one of them.

Instead, the popular steamer took to a live video to reveal he opted out of attending fashion’s biggest night because he wasn’t a fan of the brand who invited him, telling his followers:

“I didn’t wanna do that brand.”

But he wasn’t completely anti-Met Gala. He later said during his livestream that Pharrell, who was a co-chair for the event, called him and pleaded with him to attend an A-lister after party.

Shortly after, Kai Cenat pulled up and streamed live from the event.
