Halle Bailey Seeks Sole Legal & Physical Custody Of Son Halo, Wants Strict Supervised Visitation Limits For DDG
The court battle between exes Halle Bailey and DDG just escalated to a new level.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Halle has officially filed a motion requesting sole legal and physical custody of her son, Halo Saint, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, DDG (real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.), 27.
In her filing, Halle, 25, alleged that the YouTuber and rapper has exhibited violent behavior in front of their child, who was born in December 2023. She’s asked the court to deny him unsupervised visitation, instead requesting that any visits be professionally supervised, limited to once a week for no more than six hours, only when both she and Halo are in the Los Angeles area.
Halle also asked that DDG be prohibited from taking their son outside of L.A.
According to the Disney star, DDG has a history of taking or hiding Halo, threatening to do so, and not cooperating with her as a parent. If he has to travel with the child, she wants the court to require DDG to obtain her written permission beforehand. She also asks that he provide documentation such as travel schedules, round-trip airline tickets, full contact information, and an open airline ticket for her to use in case the child is not returned as agreed.

This motion follows a restraining order granted over claims of DDG physically assaulting Halle, allegedly chipping her tooth, and pulling her hair.
Halle described the moment in detail, stating:
“I felt very nervous that he was taking Halo with him and was very agitated; I did not feel safe leaving a baby with him in his state. I also wanted to know when he would bring Halo back. He would not tell me.”
We will continue to follow this story as it develops.
