Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team is pushing to strike a key part of Kid Cudi’s testimony in the ongoing federal case, calling it inadmissible. In a seven-page letter filed Monday, Diddy’s attorneys asked Judge Jesse M. Subramanian to exclude Kid Cudi’s statement accusing Diddy of “lying” when he previously denied involvement in the 2012 arson of Kid Cudi’s Porsche.
