‘RHONY’ Star Brynn Whitfield Says She’s Walking Away From Reality TV, Wants To Focus On Her Business Ventures

Brynn Whitfield says she’s stepping back from the world of reality television.

In a message shared to her IG stories, the RHONY star announced, “After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to walk away from reality TV. For now.”

She went on to say she’s shifting her focus to her career in tech after her dating app, Hoppy, hit a “massive download milestone.”

“All I want to do now is pour every ounce of energy into building Hoppy into the #1 dating app in the world,” she shared.

Reflecting on her time on The Real Housewives of New York City, Brynn added,

“It was the honor of a lifetime to help reboot such an iconic franchise. From day one, I’ve believed RHONY is a fan’s show… we’re just temporary custodians of something that truly belongs to the viewers.”

This announcement comes as the franchise actively casts for its next season, following the fallout of Brynn’s explosive feud with #UbahHassan.
