The rap superstar took to Instagram Live recently to address the backlash over her 6-year-old daughter Kulture’s poolside pics, arguing that her child is “innocent” and shouldn’t be a concern to others, especially if her child’s father, Offset, hasn’t expressed any frustration about her appearance.
Cardi stated:
“As parents… if the male parent approves… I don’t give a f**k what y’all say just ’cause my daughter poses a certain type of way.”
She went on to say she feels Kulture was “born to model,” and shouldn’t be labeled “fast” based on a pose. She added:
“She’s a very, very sweet innocent girl. I know she gives a lot of jazz, but she’s very innocent, very green… don’t categorize my kid.”
What are your thoughts on Cardi’s response? ?
