Diddy Confirms He Won’t Testify In Sex Trafficking Trial, Praises Judge For ‘Excellent Job’
Sean “Diddy” Combs confirmed he will not testify in his sex trafficking trial.
During Tuesday’s (June 24) hearing, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian asked Combs if he planned to take the stand. He replied no and then told the judge he was doing an “excellent job” handling the case.

The question was posed after the prosecution rested following more than six weeks of presenting evidence, including testimony from former employees and two ex-girlfriends who described alleged abuse by Combs.
Next, the defense is expected to rest their case without calling any witnesses. Closing arguments are set for Thursday (June 26).
