Khloé Kardashian isn’t shying away from the truth when it comes to the cosmetic work she’s had over the years.

After famed cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jonny Betteridge posted a video speculating on her procedures, the reality star jumped into the comments to set the record straight herself.

According to Khloé, she’s had a nose job, laser hairline treatments, Botox, Sculptra, and fillers. She also emphasized the role of non-surgical upkeep like facials, vitamins, and weight loss in maintaining her appearance.

“In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery,” she noted, “but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.”
