Diddy’s Legal Team Asks For His Immediate Release After Acquittal On Sex Trafficking & Racketeering Charges
Diddy’s attorneys are pushing for him to be released from jail while he awaits sentencing.

“Is your proposal that Mr. Combs leave the courtroom and walk outside,” Judge Subramanian asked.
“That is my proposal,” Agnifilo replied.
The judge told both sides to submit their positions in writing by 1 p.m. (July 2) before making a final decision.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his September 2024 arrest. Now that his month-long trial is over, it’s clear he’s hoping for some leniency.
