Lizzo is addressing rumors that she used Ozempic to slim down. In a bold Instagram post, the Grammy-winning star shared side-by-side before-and-after photos, setting the record straight. “I work my a** off,” she wrote, detailing her regimen of three weekly workouts, daily cardio, sauna sessions, beach hikes, and pickleball.

She’s cut sugary drinks, chips, and alcohol (though she admits, “I’m drinking again ‘cus I earned it!”), and brought animal protein back into her diet.

“I’m so happy and proud of what I’ve done,” she added. “No one can take that away from me.”
