Boxer Claressa Shields Reveals Baby Plans w/ Boyfriend Papoose: ‘I Don’t Want To Wait Till I’m 40’ [VIDEO]

Claressa Shields is gearing up for motherhood.

During an appearance on The Pivot Podcast, the 30-year-old boxer revealed that she and rapper Papoose are planning to start a family next year:

“I’m gonna have a baby next year. We already had it planned out.”

Shields continued:

“After I go through my stuff, then I’ll come back and fight and fight some more, and then probably have another one and do the same thing again.”

She explained that age is playing a role in the decision:

“I don’t want to wait till I’m, you know, 40, 43, whatever, after my career, to have my kids. I want to be able to run at the park with my kids… I don’t want to be too old.”

If you recall, Claressa and Papoose’s relationship became public last year after Papoose’s estranged wife, rapper Remy Ma, exposed their romance.
